The web browsers the course focuses on are Microsoft’s Internet Explorer and Netscape’s Navigator. Although both are ostensibly free, Explorer is distributed with the Windows operating system and, as such, is probably built in to the cost.

The CIW or Certified Internet Webmaster is a course provided by Scheidegger to hone your skills in Internet Publishing. It is not a Web Design Course.
Scheidegger have been a company in receipt of much criticism. Is it justified.
